liftshare's services can also be accessed over the phone. Our call-centre, which was originally established in partnership with Remploy, was established in 2001. It provides a high quality service to anyone without access to the internet, thereby facilitating access to our travel-sharing schemes.
Fully trained call-operators will take down all your details, enabling you to register and log your travel requirements in minutes. You will be told immediately if there are any matches to your journey requirements, and will be contacted by phone if matches should come up at a later date.
The phone lines are open from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday, and calls are charged at the normal rate.
